Pay Traffic Violation Fines Online

The internet makes life easier: to pay your fine online, all you need is the protocol data or your identification document (passport, ID card, TIN, etc.), and your bank card details. See below for how it works.
How to Pay a Traffic Fine Online
- In the services catalog, click on the “Traffic Fines” section.
- Then click on “Traffic Violation Fines.”
- You can pay the fine using your ID card, Ukrainian passport details, protocol number, driver’s license info, TIN, or vehicle registration certificate data.
- Depending on the selected method, enter the necessary data, your vehicle’s license plate number, and your phone number.
- The system will display all outstanding fines. To pay, you’ll need your bank card details: number, expiration date, and CVV code.
Once the payment is complete, you can either print the receipt or send it to your email. Note: funds are transferred to the Treasury within three business days. Therefore, don’t postpone payment until the last moment.
What Documents Are Required to Pay a Traffic Fine?
The list of required documents depends on the method you choose to pay:
- To pay by protocol number — have the series and number of the protocol.
- To pay using your driver’s license — provide its series, number, and issue date.
- To pay by your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) — provide your TIN.
- To pay using your vehicle registration certificate — provide its series and number.
- To pay using your ID card or Ukrainian passport — provide either the ID card number or the passport series and number.
In all cases, you will also need to enter your car’s license plate number.

👮 Who Issues Traffic Violation Fines?
Fines for traffic violations or illegal parking are issued by patrol police or parking inspectors.
Additionally, since June 2020, traffic violations (currently limited to speeding) can be recorded by an automated detection system.
🚘 Where to Appeal a Traffic Fine?
You have 15 days to pay a traffic fine. If paid within 10 days, a 50% discount applies.
If you believe a fine was issued unfairly, you can appeal it in court. You have 10 days from the date of receiving the administrative offense notice.
Your claim must clearly state the reasons for disputing the fine.

You can check for traffic fines directly on the EasyPay website. Go to the “Traffic Fines” section, select “Traffic Violation Fines,” and choose how you want to check your fines.
This can be done using the protocol number, vehicle registration certificate, ID card or passport details, or driver’s license information.
