Are payments processed immediately?
In most cases, funds are credited to the utility account within a few minutes. However, some transactions may take up to 3 business days. To check your payment status, contact the EasyPay Support Service by phone or online — the contact center operates 24/7.


Which cards are accepted?
Credit, debit, and virtual cards. EasyPay requires the card to be in UAH (Ukrainian Hryvnia) and bear the Visa, MasterCard, or PROSTIR logo. Make sure to lift or increase your online transaction limit in advance.


I want to pay off my debt from a previous month. Is that possible?
Yes, as long as the debt does not exceed 24,999 UAH. Simply adjust the final payment amount. Alternatively, you can pay partially — from as little as 1 kopiyka per transaction.


How is the commission fee calculated?
Automatically. The service charges 1.3%, which is 1.5 times lower than the fee on the official GIOC website. Users paying with the EasyPay card or via mobile money can pay their utilities without commission. This money-saving option is available to all Kyiv residents, regardless of registration address.
