How to get MTPL online via EasyPay?

Select the MTPL service, enter your vehicle number or parameters (type, engine volume). After this, the system will display available insurance offers. Choose one, fill in your personal data, sign the contract via OTP, and make the payment.

What should I do if the vehicle is not found by number?

If the vehicle is not found, you can search by parameters: vehicle type, engine volume, and eligibility for concessions.

Am I eligible for a concession when purchasing the insurance policy?

Yes, if you have the appropriate proof (pension certificate, veteran ID, etc.). The concession applies if the engine volume does not exceed 2500 cm³.

How to verify my personal data?

You can confirm your data via the Diia app or fill it in manually: full name, tax ID, passport details, registration address.

What documents are required for registration?

Depending on the chosen insurance company, you may need a passport, ID card, or driver’s license. For concessions, a document confirming your eligibility is required.

Can I receive a copy of the policy after registration?

Yes, after payment the policy is sent to your email. It can also be viewed in your personal account on the EasyPay website or resent via messenger.

When does the policy start to be valid?

The policy becomes effective from the date you choose during purchase (not before the next day).

Can I pay later?

No, the contract is considered concluded only after SMS code confirmation and payment.

What should I do if the policy has expired?

You can purchase a new policy or view the archive of completed contracts in your profile.
