Online Payment of Traffic Violation Fines

How to Pay a Traffic Fine via the Internet
- In the service catalog, click on the “Auto Fines” section.
- Next, click on the “Traffic Violation Fines” option.
- You can pay the fine: using an ID card or passport of a citizen of Ukraine, by protocol number, using driver’s license details, by tax ID, or using vehicle registration certificate details.
- Depending on the selected option, enter the required data, your vehicle number, and your phone number.
- The website will display all fines that need to be paid. To make a payment, you will need your bank card details – number, expiration date, and CVV code.
After completing the payment, you can either print the receipt or send it to your email. Please note that the funds are credited to the Treasury account within three business days. For this reason, do not postpone payment until the last day.
What Documents Are Required to Pay a Fine
The list of documents required to pay a traffic violation fine online depends on how exactly you plan to pay.
Thus, to pay by protocol number, you will need the series and number of the protocol.
To pay using driver’s license data – the series, number, and date of issue of the license.
Want to pay a fine using a tax identification number? Prepare its number.
To pay using your vehicle registration certificate data, enter the series and number of the vehicle registration certificate.
To pay using an ID card or passport of a citizen of Ukraine, enter either the ID card number or the passport series and number of the citizen of Ukraine.
In addition, to pay fines online – regardless of the selected option – you will also need to enter your vehicle number.

👮 Who Issues Traffic Violation Fines?
Fines for traffic violations or parking violations are issued by patrol police officers or parking inspectors.
In addition, road violations – since June 2020 – have been recorded by an automated detection system. So far, such recording applies only to speeding.
🚘 Where to Appeal a Traffic Violation Fine?
A driver has 15 days to pay a traffic violation fine. If it is paid within 10 days, a 50% discount is applied.
If you believe that the fine was issued unlawfully, you can appeal it in court. You have 10 days for this – from the moment you receive the administrative offense decision.
At the same time, your claim must clearly state why you disagree with the issued fine.
