Details: How to Pay the Unified Social Contribution Online
- Use the Payments to Budget section.
- Select your region and the corresponding Main Department of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine (GU DKS).
- Select the USC rate applicable to your business type.
- Enter payer details: surname, first name, patronymic; TIN; contact phone number.
- Select the reporting quarter and enter the USC amount.
- Choose a payment method.
- Enter the 16-digit card number, expiration date, and CVV code (registered users can select a saved card in their personal account).
- Confirm the transaction.
The USC amount can be from 1 UAH. However, the transaction amount must not exceed 24,999 UAH. An additional 2% fee is charged (minimum 5 UAH) – this is the service fee, which is displayed at the payment entry stage. Everything is transparent and fair.

💻 What is Subject to the Unified Social Contribution?
USC is charged on amounts defined as the base for this contribution. It must be paid regardless of whether income is earned. If there is no income, the minimum insurance contribution must still be paid.
Pensioners and people with disabilities receiving support are exempt from paying USC.
📃 Consequences of Not Paying USC
If an entrepreneur fails to pay USC on time, they may face fines and administrative penalties.
If the taxpayer has outstanding payments, they will be notified by mail. Within 10 days, they must pay the declared amount plus late fees. If they fail to do so, the case will be forwarded to the Enforcement Service. After that, financial and administrative sanctions may apply to the entrepreneur.
